Station 1

Station 1 is located at 6011 Godfrey Road and also serves as district headquarters.

Station 2

Station 2 is located at 1712 West Delmar.  The Board of Trustees hold their monthly meetings at this station.

1400 Chief Unit

Unit 1400 is a 2009 Ford Explorer and carries a variety of equipment to assist the Fire Chief in incident management and fire investigation.

1410 Reserve Pumper

Located at Station 1, unit 1410 is a 1998 KME featuring a 1500 GPM Hale pump, 940 gallon water tank, 30 gallons of class A and B foam and 1500 feet of 5" hose.  This unit is also equipped with BLS (Basic Life Support) medical equipment and an AED.  1410 also serves as a front line pumper when 1412 or 1422 are unavailable.

1412 Rescue Pumper

Located at Station 1, unit 1412 is a 2009 Spartan/Toyne featuring a 1500 GPM Hale pump, 820 gallon water tank, 50 gallons of class A foam and 1500 feet of 5" hose.  This unit is also equipped with a thermal imaging camera, positive pressure fan, BLS medical equipment and an AED.  1412 is also equipped for vehicle accidents and carries a variety of extrication and stabilization equipment.

1413 Brush Truck

Located at Station 1, unit 1413 is a 1992 Ford F-350 featuring a Hypro pump, 300 gallon water tank, and a variety of tools and equipment for use on brush fires.

1414 Tanker

Located at Station 2, unit 1414 is a 2005 Midwest Fire Custom Tanker featuring a 250 GPM Darley pump, 2500 gallon water tank, and a 3000 gallon dump tank.  This tanker responds to areas of the district that do not have hydrants and has responded to several mutual aid requests by neighboring fire departments.

1419 Staff Vehicle

Located at Station 1, unit 1419 is a 2009 Ford F-150 that is used by the Deputy Chief during weekdays for inspections and public education.  1419 is left at Station 1 after hours for use by the Assistant Chief on duty for emergency response.

1422 Rescue Pumper

Located at Station 2, unit 1422 is a 1998 KME Custom Rescue Pumper featuring a 1500 GPM Hale pump, 940 gallon water tank, 30 gallons of class A and B foam, 1500 feet of 5" hose, and a Scott thermal imaging camera.  For motor vehicle accidents, 1422 carries a full compliment of Res-q-tec extrication tools, lifting bags, and stabilization struts.  It is also equipped with BLS (Basic Life Support) medical equipment and an AED.

1423 Brush Truck

Located at Station 2, unit 1423 is a 1986 Ford F-250 featuring a Hypro pump, 200 gallon water tank, and a variety of tools and equipment for use on brush fires.

1425 Ladder Tower

Located at Station 2, unit 1425 is a 1989 Spartan/Simon chassis featuring a 102' LTI  ladder tower, 1500 GPM Godiva pump, 200 gallon water tank, and 800 feet of 5" hose. This unit is considered a "Quint" because it has a pump, water tank, supply hose, ground ladders, and a 102' ladder tower.

1426 Light Rescue

Located at Station 1, unit 1426 is a 1996 Ford F-350 with a Reading body featuring BLS (Basic Life Support) medical equipment, an AED, Amkus extrication tools, ice rescue suits, and a variety of other equipment for special situations.

Air Trailer

Located at Station 2, this is a mobile air trailer featuring a four bank cascade system.  The trailer allows SCBA bottles to be refilled at the scene of an incident.  This was provided to the Godfrey Fire Protection District by a STARRS grant and is available for mutual aid response throughout Madison County.
